E-Mail Response
ServerAssist can send e-mail alerts when a monitored incident occurs on a server. The notifications can be sent to multiple people, and the recipients can be varied based on the nature of the incident, the time of day and other factors.
E-mails can be formatted as HTML or plain text, and the contents of the message can be customised if required.
Links embedded directly into the body of the message allow fast resolution for common issues. For example, it is possible to restart a failed service or adjust performance item thresholds with just one click, without even leaving the e-mail client.
