Per Server

Suitable for small and medium-sized organisations who need full monitoring of all their systems

The per server licence allows the operating system and applications running on a single computer to be monitored.

Volume discounts apply as the number of licenced servers increases.

All network hardware is freely monitorable at no cost with the per server licence.

Subscription

No long-term commitment – scale up or down easily at any time with no penalty and granular billing

With ServerAssist's subscription licensing, you only pay for what you use.

Monthly billing is based on the usage in the prior month. Usage that only covers part of a month is pro-rated.

Systems can be added or removed at any time with no penalty, and as soon as a system stops being monitored, there's nothing more to pay.

Our official price list is in Sterling, US Dollars and Euros, but ServerAssist is also available to purchase in all major currencies. We accept company purchase orders, or you can buy ServerAsssist licences online.

Support and Maintenance Included

For subscription licences, support and maintenance are included in the monthly package. For per server and corporate licences, the purchase price includes full support and maintenance for one year from the date of purchase.

A current support and maintenance agreement provides free and unrestricted access to technical support, and allows you to download and install the latest version of ServerAssist.

We typically release new versions every two or three months. See the product roadmap for details of the upcoming developments planned for ServerAssist, together with a provisional delivery schedule. The change history for previous releases is also available.

Renewals

For corporate and per server licences, support and maintenance can be renewed at any time. If an agreement is still in force, the new agreement will start once the current term finishes. An expired maintenance agreement can also be renewed for the same cost, and will start from the date of purchase.

Subsequent years' support and maintenance can be purchased for 25% of the current list price, and multiple years can be purchased at a discount.
